
Pizza Bianco with ricotta, sharon fruit, rose salad and salted almonds.
For two pizzas
- 1 package of pizza bases white cabbage base (2 pcs)
- 4 tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 3pcs sharon fruits
- Salted almonds
- Rose salad
- Maché salad
- Honey
- Salt & pepper
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and leave the plate/pizza stone in the oven to heat up.
- Spread the ricotta cheese on the bottoms. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cut half of the sharon fruit into thin slices. Place them on the bottoms.
- Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes or until the pizzas are nicely colored.
- Cut the rest of the sharon fruit into wedges. Roughly chop the salted almonds.
- Top the pre-baked pizzas with the sharon fruit, salted almonds, rosé and mache salad.
- Finish with a drizzle of honey, salt and pepper.
